Since starting 2 weeks ago I am down 15.25″ total body comp and 9lbs of body weight! I am super excited! What will be really interesting is how my body will respond to intermittent fasting and different workouts starting next week! I forgot how much encouragement and motivation I get from seeing these kinds of results.
Speaking of motivating, do you have any recipes you’d like to share. I’m looking for new recipes that meet one or more of the following areas: clean, paleo, vegan, vegetarian, Keto, low carb, high fat, high protein, budget friendly, family friendly.
So if you have a recipe to share that meets one or more of these areas let me know!
As always, remember, we are ordinary people trying to live extraordinary lives!
