This evening I went for a run. Nothing new. I am sure thousands of folks did that tonight. But I learned something new tonight.
Over the past few weeks I have been taping my legs and I didn’t think it was making that big of a difference. That was until tonight. I threw on my compression sleeves, a patella strap for my left knee and off my bride and I went. Within 12 minutes I felt the difference.
Taping had been doing more than I thought! It plus foam rolling have been come a new normal for me!
It just goes to show you that little things can make a big difference!
What little things are you doing that are making big differences?
Remember, we are ordinary people trying to live extraordinary lives!
