Ok, so I know its a little late to post, but I’m still getting it in!

How was your Wednesday? Me? Mine was great! The bride and I are coming off of a 2 day cellular cleanse and that first shake of the day was GREAT!

Isn’t it funny how even just a couple of days without something can really awaken your senses once you have it again? The flavor of the strawberry shake is always fuller and richer after a cleanse.

Anyway… not much to report on this end. Yesterday I posted my current body comp stats along with weight. Did you see that? If not I would recommend you go back and take a look!

In the meantime, what are you doing 3/19/2017? If you aren’t really doing anything come cheer on me and my bride as we run the Tobacco Road Half Marathon. We won’t be going fast so you won’t miss us! HAHA! She is slowing down for me, how loving and supportive is that! I have the best lady in my life!

Speaking of challenging athletic competitions… are you challenging yourself? Here are some quick ways you can get the competitive spirit riled up…

  1. Do 10 squats every time you get up to use the rest room total them and see if you can beat it the next day.
  2. Get up and move around for a few minutes each hour. The next day see if you can match it or beat it (without compromising productivity).
  3. How is your water intake? Jot down how much you are drinking and then increase it by 10% until you reach at least 64 ounces (0.5 gallons) in an 8 hour period.
  4. How many steps did you take? Record from day to day and see if you an beat it by 5% until you reach at least 12,000 steps a day. (i’m working on this one myself).

See how easy it can be?!?
