Just a little at a time …work up to it… do what my son calls the Marine Corps Shuffle…do 2 minds..try the nest day to do a few more seconds.. YOU got this….find something or someone that inspires you… I listen to Cadences. I am NOT Military or Prior service, but while my son was at Boot Camp I listened to them to make me feel closer to him somehow. No I love them and they push me. YOU GOT THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!
