Nice way to start June!

So at church this morning setting things up my bride tells me to look down. When I did I saw the following:

MY FEET!!!!

It’s probably been since 2007 that I could look down and see them! This is fantastic!

This is the result of hard work and dedication to both proper nutrition and exercise.

Now, go out there and get some!!!
