Erik’s Fat Boy Motivation: this is what we are working on losing and also trying to gain. This picture represents the same weight, but different sizes for fat and muscle. I’d rather weight 200 lbs from muscle than from fat (and that is what I am working on). Despite what doctors might tell you we don’t all fit into their standard for weight/height. If that were the case I would be shooting for 157 lbs. If anyone has ever seen me when I was on active duty they would know this is an unhealthy weight for me.

But instead of living with no goal or direction, mine is to shed a bunch of fat and be able to wear my dress blues again. Just like we can visualize the fat and muscle difference imagine the difference in you to push past your excuses and shed some fat!

Now get up and get moving!
