Ever feel like you’re in a rut? I have!!! Mine was the one I had worn in the floor from going between the recliner and the fridge. It isn’t until you step out of the ever deepening groove you are creating that you will start to understand what you are capable of and how many miles you can go. It will take time, but it’s more satisfying than any junk food in the fridge!
