I am still not satisfied with my weight, however, I am wearing a pair of pants that I have not worn in 2 years and a belt I haven’t worn in probably 2.5 years. That ties right in with what I posted a couple weeks ago about the scale is only part of the story. If the scale isn’t falling fast enough look at what your body is doing. If you have added resistance training or increases in weights you use it may be muscle you are adding. Do not be discouraged because the numbers on the scale aren’t dropping if your waistline is slimming and clothes feeling looser or if you’re getting stronger that is what matters! Don’t give up! Don’t quit! No Excuses!
