Erik’s Fat Boy Motivation: so how did you do yesterday? Did you eat a lot of candy, sweets, junk food, rich food? If you did it’s not the end of the world. Get back to your routine get sweating again. Don’t let one day of decadence the rail your hard work, your success and your progress. You’ve got this you can do this! Let’s finish strong! I used to love cakes and pastries and all that but it’s easier to not eat the 300 cal or whatever it is to work it off! So I choose not to, I choose healthier options, so in the light of yesterday don’t get down get up and get moving!
