Erik’s Fat Boy Motivation: as much as I hate to state it: routines are good. They are not necessarily ruts. Routines help provide the discipline that many if is need to stick with what it takes for those healthy lifestyle changes. Here in my neck of the woods we are not the most prepared for wintery weather so when it happens lost of places shut down. My work, the kids schools, and dare I say it… The gym are closed today. So I broke my routine and slept in. Now I feel a little off. Not a problem though, I’ll annoy my kids by working out and get my day back on track. My point is this, so much of our day is segmented and controlled add your workout schedule to that so that there is no excuse for not working out!
