(I hope my mom doesn’t pass out!)

A few days ago I posted about being what you eat and how awesome I feel after changing up my diet and adding some vigorous exercise, but my pallet for veggies isn’t the most diverse. So to take better advantage of the benefits of this whole paleo thing I am steady adding new veggies and today it was raw broccoli in my spinach salad.

I have to admit it was good! Aside from being a little frozen it was really good (too close to the freezer section in the dorm fridge where I put my lunch at work)!

So that will be one more thing for the garden coming later in the year!
