Erik’s Fat Boy Motivation: you may need to stop watching tv and reading magazines. There are moments when it is discouraging to me to see advertisements for products that make outrageous claims. Trust me I wish there was a pill or workout I could take to go from Fat Boy to Shredded workout Hero in 30 days, but there isn’t and I happen to see these when my self-esteem is at its lowest. Here is a fact for about me and I am sure plenty of other guys: we have “fat days” as well. So when you are feeling like the workouts and diet aren’t making a difference remember to stick with it! This is a marathon, a lifestyle change! It will take time! Don’t pit yourself against airbrush and photoshopped models just be better than you were yesterday!
