Erik’s Fat Boy Motivation: someone smarter and better than me once said, “I am with you to the end.” This is so encouraging on a day when I just want to stay in bed a little bit longer. I did’t though, I am up posting this and preparing for the gym. Find someone to workout with, to encourage and be encouraged by.
