Erik’s Fat Boy Motivation: set your self up for success. One easy way to do this is DO NOT GET ON THE SCALE EVERYDAY!!! Get on the scale once a week, twice tops! Daily can be discouraging and could be more harmful than good. So do your self a favor and just wait.
Motivation and steadfastness is the key. Do not do anything that could limit or jeopardize that.
