So, I’ve been pretty quiet this week. Sorry. Here’s what’s been going on.

So I had some ups and downs this week. It happens and that’s life. Here is what is coming up this week. I’ll be posting a total body workout focused on fat loss for review. This week I’ve been read, reviewing, and brainstorming to finally put the 8-week program on paper. If anyone is willing to give it a try let me know! There will be an eating guide to follow in the coming days so stay posted!
