Healthy lifestyle change is about the long term not the immediate. Making the choice eat this not that, to for a walk instead of lounging around, and adding everyday exercise in some form to your schedule so that it is incorporated and not an after thought. Anyone can lose 5 pounds, but it takes real dedication to keep it off.
If you haven’t began making changes because it feels overwhelming start small! Start with drinking a full glass of water before each meal or replacing a bread or potato item with a steamed veggie. With each choice another excuse is destroyed and you can begin creating real lasting change!
