This may sound silly as you read it, run past your house three times? But hear me out. It’s really simple: 
You get in what you put out. 
Yes, this could be a metaphor for life, but it absolutely is the case for your workout. 

Do you just phone it in, going through the motions, or do you make every movement count? Those body builders didn’t get when they are by putting in half the effort! No one here expects you to be a body builder, but you get what I’m saying. Do half the work, get half the results.

Work hard, and push though till the very end, even if that means running past your house three times!
