Erik’s Fat Boy Motivation: I don’t think that’s the best you could do. I don’t think you really want change in your life. I think you’re all talk. You talk a big game about real lasting lifestyle change, wanting a body you dream about, and even have the receipts to prove how “serious” you are. I think you are just a resolutionist; someone who makes a New Year’s resolution and you hit the gym and “eat better” when really you are going until the free trainer lessons are over and eating the small fry with a diet soda while you are still choking down that fast food salad you bought to make yourself feel better (which is like going to a hooker for a hug.) You are one of those people. You aren’t really giving your best to your workouts, your nutrition, your goals.
