Erik’s Fat Boy Motivation: between campaign slogans like “Just Do It”©, “Is it in you?”©, and “Do the Dew”© we are left with wondering what the crap are they trying to sell us? Well true believers it’s discipline and loyalty. Every company out there is in a heated battle for your time, attention, and mullah! Really, I’m no different. I want you to take the time to read my simple words and find strength, encouragement, and motivation to make real lasting changes in your life. I don’t want you to be swayed by TV ads for unhealthy and dangerous foods and products. But most of all, if you get nothing else out of these rantings to myself in the mirror I want you to have discipline.
You’ve had enough punishment and torture of your self-esteem and self-worth not its time to switch those out with some suck it up and finish strong!
