This is totally random but it’s also exciting! For the first time in almost 3 years I am wearing an extra large shirt out of the house! This may not sound like much but just Christmas time I was approaching almost a 4X I was in a solid 3X size shirt! My hope, my sincere desire, is that everyone is encouraged by my progress. This is not about boasting of my accomplishment, but showing that anything is possible when you set your mind to it. We have within us the ability for greatness no matter what your faith, no matter what your background you are capable of changing your life, with regards, to your health you can do amazing things!
