Erik’s Fat Boy Motivation: I like things like the picture above. It reminds me of days that I don’t workout as hard or don’t go at all (unless it is a scheduled rest) are days that I wished I had pushed myself harder. Your goals, and mine, will never be reached if we aren’t working towards them. How fast or slow they are reached depends on you and the intensity at which you pursue them. Remember anything worth having is worth working for. In my case it is a healthier life to be there for my wife and kids and after it is to be able to wear my dress blues again. These are goals worth reaching for. What are your goals and are they worth it? If you answered yes, then get up and get moving! You will. It regret it!
