Erik’s Fat Boy Motivation: you’ve changed your diet and eating habits, you’ve changed your routine, and you’ve been working out regularly but it doesn’t seem to be making a difference. Sure you feel a little bit better and sure you might be sleeping a little bit better, but you aren’t dropping weight or pant sizes by pounds or inches at a time. I understand! I feel the same way! I feel like I am so close to breaking into the 280’s that I can almost taste it, but I don’t know what else to do. Here is my advice… Stick With It!

You weren’t eating junk food one day and overnight became physically dissatisfied. No, it was a gradual process. You put on pound after pound and inch after inch over the course of time. Well, guess what, that’s how it is going to come off and it will. Just keep going! One more step! One more mile! One more rep! You can do this! Finish what you started and finish strong! No Excuses!
