Erik’s Fat Boy Motivation: the very first motivation I posted to Facebook holds true for Super Bowl Weekend… It’s easier to not eat 300 calories than it is to work them off!


This is not me nagging or telling you what to do. This is encouragement to exercise moderation and use your best judgement. Let’s face it people are going to snack, not just during the big game, so don’t go crazy with it! I am probably going to throw down with some oven roasted veggie chips and some sausage and egg muffins OH and some “ledicious” (coined by Jamey) fruit! So if you snack throw down have a great time, but don’t do it in such a way to wreck the success you have gained so far.
