Erik’s Fat Boy Motivation: and rest! My amazing wife once again encouraged me last night by standing how proud of me she was, but the asked, “have you thought about taking a day off to rest?” I had not considered it because I want to meet my goal. But what you and I have to remember is that we need rest as well. So I am resting today!
