I know I haven’t posted in a while, but here’s what’s going on:
Nutrition is getting back on track. My meals are getting smaller (to eat until satisfied) and I am choosing better options. Although, the pizza I ate today doesn’t help in my goals. 
Half Marathon Training – on going. Saturday’s are my long run days and this past one my bride and I did nearly 5.5 miles even with the ice and snow. 
This next long run I am shooting for 6.5 miles. 
I have figured out that the best pattern for me is patter of 3 minute run/1.5 minute walk. 
Am I going to break any land speed records? 
Nope! 
But it keeps injury down and recovery quick and that’s what is important! My ability to build endurance over time and to keep going is what matters. 
March feels far off and right around the corner all at the same time! 
I’ll keep going and you do the same. 
Remember, we are ordinary people trying to live extraordinary lives.
