What is your vision or goal for your fitness journey? This weekend I performed a wedding which has me thinking about long term goals. My bride and I are in it for the long haul not just with our marriage, but with our health as well. Something we have noticed is when we are feeling run down or on empty we don’t really have the energy to make the right calls in our meals or our training. Running on empty or fumes is no way to live your life. This is why we have started to change being sick and tired and trade it for healthy and rejuvenated. By taking in the best nutrition that we can to fuel our bodies for whatever training we do is just the first part. The rest is mindset, dedication, and choosing better.

Each of you have to do the same thing you have to choose better. From nutrition, training, and mindset each one is a choice that only you can make for yourself. So do yourself a favor and choose better!

I hope you had a great weekend!

Remember we are just ordinary people trying to live extraordinary lives!
