Sick…

That is what I am. Flu like symptoms and upset stomach have rendered me feeling terrible. No voice, no energy… Ugh! As I mend, remember that something like this can really derail progress.
To help prevent derailment try to maintain a normal routine making sure to rest and eat appropriately. Once I have a voice again I’ll post a video. Until then, have a great day and a great workout! 

Remember, we are just ordinary people trying to live extraordinary lives.
