Today’s post comes by way of picture! Since I am still traveling I used my last day on the road as a chance to have an active rest day! I am counting is a workout due to the distance, but also rest because it was low-impact (even though my knee and hip hurt)!

So let this be a lesson, it doesn’t have to be high impact to be a workout! A couple hours of walking around enjoying where you are can make a huge difference in your pursuit in a healthier you!
