Erik’s Fat Boy Motivation:

Well, today I did it! I reached my goal of 50 miles this month! When I first started the goal seemed almost unattainable. But it wasn’t, the goal was a realistic one. You have to do the same thing. Set a goal just on the other side of “I got this” so that you can stretch, work, and grow. Outside of your comfort zone is where the real magic happens so pick a goal and make something happen.
