Erik’s Fat Boy Motivation: by now most people have heard of K.I.S.S. (Keep it simple stupid). And it’s good advice. Over complicated and over engineered sometimes equals overwhelming. So keep it simple. Like I wrote about yesterday have the goal be better health not just weight loss. Eating right and working out will take care of the weight.

Here is my plan:

Overall goal
Monthly goals
Clean/Paleo eating
Regular exercise

There is nothing fancy, no gimmicks, no tricks just straight forward and simple. There is also less stress!!! I give it my best because those I love are worth it and so am I.

So keep it simple. Be SMART about your goals and plan carefully.
